Electric Supply Inc says "Going Green" has never been easier

Green Initiatives at Electric Supply, Inc.

Going green has never been so easy.

Electric Supply Inc. is committed to helping our customers save energy, which helps them reduce and control costs. In today’s business environment, “green” is a buzz word attached to a lot of different products, services, and subjects. Electric Supply Inc. has worked to make going green as simple as possible. Our relationships with our suppliers as well as local utility companies, helps us to deliver to you a comprehensive program that will explain exactly what going green means to all levels of your business. From the facilities manager to the Chief Financial Officer, our program is simple, straightforward, and designed to supply the right person with the right information.

The entire program is centered on three areas:

1. Rebates available from utility companies for converting to energy efficient products
2. Tax incentives from the government for converting to energy efficient products
3. Bottom line energy savings for using products that are more energy efficient

In most cases, the energy efficient product we are talking about is lighting, but if you have drives or motors and switch to a more energy efficient one, rebates are potentially available for that as well.

Our program is supported by our “I Had a Green Idea” binder, which contains all the information you will need to be informed about what going green means, the costs involved, the products involved, as well as tax codes and utility rebates. Simply contact your outside sales representative, or Electric Supply Inc. directly, and tell us you are interested in learning about energy efficiency and we will schedule a time to come out and present the program to you. In the end, should you decide you want to save energy and gain rebates as well as tax incentives from the program, we will supply you with a proposal that will detail:

• The current lighting system you have in your facility
• Proposed lighting system (including ballasts and occupancy sensors)
• Installation costs
• Estimated tax incentive
• Estimated energy savings
• Estimated utility rebates

In most cases the payback period is no more than a year and the energy cost savings last forever. In addition with extended warranties maintenance costs are greatly reduced.

So for new construction or a retrofit, contact Electric Supply Inc. today and learn more about going green.

Going green has never been so easy.
